Democracy, Individual Liberty, the Rule of Law, Mutual Respect and Tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and for those without faith.  Development Trading leads by example in embracing these values and embedding them into the curriculum.  Our learners are on work-based learning (WBL) programmes, which have been developed to provide opportunities to better understand these values. Learners can also, through our questionnaires and confidential surveys, tell us what they think of their training and express their opinions and beliefs without fear.

Our managers and staff have extensive knowledge and experience of the industries we serve and are kept up to date through their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, standardisation meetings and regular training. We have 10 years’ experience of WBL, and understand the value of working in partnership with employers to provide the best possible training and delivery models for our learners.
